PURE Strategic Solution provides insurance claims consulting, property damage mitigation, and full-service property restoration. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Insurance claim review and advocacy consulting
• Coordination with independently licensed public adjusters
• Emergency mitigation services (water extraction, drying, mold remediation, board-up)
• Full property restoration and rebuild services
• Claim supplement preparation and negotiation support
• Specialized services for residential, commercial, and church properties

Important Disclosure: PURE Strategic Solution is NOT a licensed public adjuster. PURE consults with and coordinates independently licensed public adjusters on behalf of clients. All public adjusting services are performed by licensed professionals within their respective jurisdictions.

3. Communications Consent

By submitting a claim review request or providing your contact information through our Site, you expressly consent to receive communications from PURE Strategic Solution, including:

• Phone Calls: You consent to receive phone calls from PURE regarding your claim, services, and related matters.
• Email: You consent to receive emails regarding your claim status, service updates, appointment confirmations, and other business communications.
• Text Messages (SMS/MMS): You consent to receive text messages from PURE Strategic Solution regarding claim updates, appointment reminders, document requests, and service notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from PURE. You may also opt out by calling (770) 562-7873 or emailing [email protected]. Opting out of text messages will not affect other forms of communication.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of PURE Strategic Solution's control.

Consent Not Required for Purchase: Your consent to receive SMS/MMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from PURE Strategic Solution. You may choose to opt out at any time without affecting your ability to use our services.

5. Fee Structure

PURE Strategic Solution operates on a contingency fee basis for claims consulting services. This means:

• Initial claim reviews are provided at no cost and with no obligation
• PURE only collects a fee when we successfully recover money on your behalf
• If we do not win, you do not pay
• Specific fee arrangements will be outlined in a separate written agreement prior to the commencement of services

Mitigation and restoration services may be billed separately and are typically covered by your insurance policy. Fee details will be discussed and agreed upon before any work begins.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of PURE Strategic Solution or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content from this Site is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PURE Strategic Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services.

PURE does not guarantee any specific outcome for insurance claims. Results vary based on the specifics of each claim, policy terms, and carrier decisions. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

Our Site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PURE disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
